Overview
ABACM were responsible for the design and construct of 11 units, for Housing ACT. The units are 1 and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, and two of the 2 bedroom units are Class C Adaptable Housing.
ABACM were required to demolish two existing dwellings on adjoining blocks, for the new three story development to be constructed. The development includes secure basement parking with individual storage for each unit, and the units are NBN ready and have a minimum six star energy rating.
